Play Dough

I use to love play-doh when I was a little kid, still do. Which is why I made some for my little boy to experiment with. The recipe is so simple and you will most likely have all the ingredients in the pantry already. Why would you go buy actual Play-Doh when you could make your own for next to nothing?

Play Dough recipe:
175g plain flour
50g salt
1 teaspoon cooking oil
food colouring
water (about 5 tablespoons)
Mix all the ingredients together and it should look like this...

Here's my boy making green boogers.....
Ahhhh a successful craft project!

  1. Play Doh Rocks and even better you made it Green!!!

  2. So cute! Does this mean that your play dough is edible?!

  3. oh cool. i didn't realise you can actually make this. boogers are awesome! :-)

  4. bwhahahaha i always made food with my playdough! and i always had issues with people mixing my playdough colours so that it became one lump of multicolouredness

  5. I remember making play dough to play with when I was little with my mother :) The price of play doh is ridiculous!
